This patented palisade fencing system was developed in South Africa to withstand our range of climate conditions and unique criminal elements. Eco Secure fencing is not just a deterant, it is a comprehensive barrier system that balances security and environmental needs.

Strength and Durability:

Eco Secure Fencing’s strength and durability is ensured through a slow-cured concrete core which is permanently encased in a 110mm diameter SABS approved polymer sleeve. The Eco Secure concrete core is poured and vibrated on site, while the Eco Secure sleeve acts as both an insulator and a protective casing, thus ensuring product strength and durability.

The Eco Secure sleeve insulates the freshly poured concrete ensuring a slow cure process which dramatically increases the tensile strength of each upright, Thus giving an increased security installation.

The Eco Secure sleeves wall protects the concrete core from moisture and heat. The sleeve incorporates a UV stabilizer that protects the casing from the sun ensuring a durable product with lasting colour. All components are made from non-corrosive and rust free plastic. Conventional concrete palisade fences are not protected from the elements. As moisture gathers, the concrete begins to shatter and crack, and eventually it crumbles exposing the metal re-enforcement rod.

Conventional concrete palisade fences are pre-cast in open moulds. This accelerates curing process and limits concretes strength and increases the number of upright weak points. These weak points are the source of cracking and crumbling.

As a result of its insulation and protection, Eco Secure Fencing is stronger and more durable than any conventional palisade fencing system.

Stability and Security:

South Africa’s well established crime rate requires that businesses and home owners place a high priority on securing their premises. Effective Stability and Security are the two most important facets in perimeter fencing. Your safety is at stake.

Eco Secure Fencing’s improved stability and security is a result of a 600mm concrete base and custom designed cross-member brackets. Each upright of Eco Secure Fencing is connected to the next through Eco Secure Fencing’s custom designed cross-member brackets. Each bracket is joined to the next inside each upright, and is sealed in the concrete core. These plastic brackets ensure stability and alignment. Each upright of Eco Secure fencing is embedded in 600mm of concrete into the ground. This enhances the stability of the uprights and maximises security by preventing easy access beneath the fence line.

Conventional concrete and metal palisade fences use the modular method. This uses periodic uprights embedded in the ground, while the modular sections in between remain above the ground. This enables access beneath the fence, while limiting the fence’s overall stability.

Eco Secure Fencing does not use the modular method, but instead embeds each and every upright into solid concrete, maximising both stability and security for a comprehensive barrier to entry.

Second Nature:

There are many options for palisade fences, and while few provide effective security, those that do, prove to be unsightly and totally out of kilter with the environment.

Eco Secure Fencing is designed to balance these two needs – a highly effective security barrier that blends with its surrounding environment. The result is a palisade fence that appears to be part of nature. Each if the four integral components in the Eco Secure Fencing system has been custom designed to provide a seamless integration of form and function. The individual upright and bracket method enables the fence to follow the contours of the land, staging only becomes necessary on slopes that exceed a 45 degree angle.

All the components are pigmented in a matching eco-friendly green while the upright spacing has also been calculated to allow small animals to move about freely. Eco Secure Fencing is ideally suited to game farms, housing estates, golf courses and commercial properties.

The Eco Secure Fencing Security Apron System (SAS) was designed to balance the preference for electrification with the need for the system to blend in with the overall eco-friendly look of the Eco Secure Fencing. We use galvanised, powdercoated , square tube brackets and sink the brackets neatly in the concrete sleeves giving them a solid foundation to work off. The Eco Secure aprons are powdercoated to match all the other components of Eco Secure Fencing.

All Eco Secure Fencing components, including the Eco Secure sleeves are UV stabilized, protecting both the physical integrity of the polymer material, while ensuring long lasting colour pigmentation.

Eco Secure Fencing provides a three year guarantee on fence components, and a one year guarantee on fence installation
